At Scents by Hala, we strive to ensure you love every purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, you may return your order under the following conditions:

Return Conditions:

  • The product must contain at least 90% of the original perfume.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Please note:
 Heavily used, damaged, or items without original packaging are not eligible for return.

Return Window:

You must request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

Exchanges:

  • We only offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged upon delivery.
  • To request an exchange, please contact us at support@scentsbyhala.com within 48 hours of receiving your order, along with photos of the damaged item and its packaging.
